Teams at Brakes Plus

Supports high-volume corporate recruiting by sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, interviewing applicants, coordinating hiring manager interviews, evaluating qualifications, and managing recruitment through onboarding. Partners with regional and store leaders, organizes recruiting events and career fairs, supports talent programs, maintains candidate engagement, provides market insights, and serves as a company brand ambassador. The role is onsite in Centennial, Colorado and requires up to 30% regional travel.

A 3–12 month management training program to prepare you to run a Brakes Plus store. Learn store operations, team leadership, sales floor and shop collaboration, payroll, expense and inventory control, P&L analysis, OSHA basics, and customer relations. High performers are typically promoted to Store Manager within 3–12 months.

Participate in a management training program to learn all aspects of running a Brakes Plus store: lead sales and service teams, work alongside technicians, manage payroll, inventory, expenses, and P&L, ensure OSHA compliance, resolve employee conflicts, build customer relationships, and prepare for Store Manager and eventual Regional Manager roles (typical promotion 3–12 months for high performers).
