Manage end-to-end recruiting for Brakes Plus: build pipelines (focus on Service Advisor and Certified Technician), source and engage candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, run hiring events, liaise with managers and HR, and support regional recruitment efforts (up to 30% travel).
