Manages fleet dispatch operations, including delivery scheduling, route planning, driver assignments, real-time issue resolution, customer service, and resource optimization. Monitors fleet KPIs, delivery performance, fuel efficiency, driver productivity, and paperwork compliance. Coordinates with supply chain and inventory teams, supports sales, ensures safety compliance, and performs on-call dispatch duties.

Oversee preparation, deployment, maintenance, and tracking of petroleum dispensing equipment (fuel, DEF, lubricants). Lead and mentor technicians, ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, MSHA, UL, NFPA, SPCC, EPA), manage inventory via BHOS, coordinate field setups and transport, and maintain equipment readiness and records.

Sell fuel, lubricants, DEF, cardlock fuels, and petroleum equipment to B2B customers. Identify new business, develop sales strategies, maintain customer relationships, provide product expertise, handle deliveries/installs, complete sales reporting, and collaborate with operations and marketing to meet customer needs.
