Partner with hiring leaders on strategy, build pipelines, manage multiple searches, improve recruiting operations, create reporting and dashboards, and deliver an excellent candidate experience in a fast-growing startup.

Lead payer strategy and operations for value-based contracting, building TCOC and risk models, converting clinical and financial data into commercial narratives, owning Salesforce-driven revenue operations, and delivering reporting and sales enablement to drive growth and executive decision-making.
