Provides operational leadership across electronic security projects and branch operations. Oversees project governance, risk mitigation, forecasting, financial performance, resource optimization, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Partners with branch, engineering, sales, procurement, service, and finance teams to improve project execution, margins, schedule adherence, safety, and customer satisfaction. Supervises employees, supports operational planning, and ensures compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements across customer and construction sites.

Leads North American customer-facing cybersecurity and compliance programs for physical security, building automation, AV, and IT/OT solutions. Establishes secure architecture reviews, hardening standards, verification processes, governance, risk reporting, vendor evaluations, and customer questionnaire responses. Manages cybersecurity agreements, vulnerability timelines, incident response coordination, and cross-functional integration with sales, engineering, operations, legal, and corporate security teams. Recruits and develops cybersecurity architects and program managers while maintaining authority over high-risk designs.

Design and review integrated security and low-voltage systems including access control, IP video, mass notification, and related networked devices. Prepare wiring diagrams, construction documents, and equipment specifications; conduct field surveys; collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and CAD drafters; support engineering sales, product testing, and mentor junior staff.
