Perform daily BIM modeling and coordination in Revit/AutoCAD, develop BIM standards, templates and libraries, produce 2D/3D deliverables for low-voltage and security systems, attend coordination meetings, perform electronic take-offs, and support project deliverables while maintaining communication and quality standards.

Design and review integrated security and low-voltage systems including access control, IP video, mass notification, and related networked devices. Prepare wiring diagrams, construction documents, and equipment specifications; conduct field surveys; collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and CAD drafters; support engineering sales, product testing, and mentor junior staff.

Prepare detailed AutoCAD design and as-built drawings, network/server/power calculations, and close-out documentation for physical security and low-voltage projects. Maintain document repositories, collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers, ensure documentation standards, support sales collateral, and improve design processes while managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.

Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/use and property tax filings; maintain exemption records; respond to tax inquiries; assist with audits, AR/invoicing support, and documentation of workflows and procedures.

Lead strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of ERP and business applications (primarily D365 CE/FO). Drive post-deployment stabilization, solution architecture, integrations, vendor/portfolio management, citizen development governance, AI enablement, PMO oversight, M&A diligence support, and stakeholder leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable application solutions.

Design and review integrated low-voltage security and AV systems (access control, IP video, intrusion, DAS). Produce drawings, wiring diagrams, construction documents, specifications, and relay settings. Conduct site surveys, test new products, support sales/installation teams, deliver technical presentations, and mentor junior designers/engineers.

Design and document low-voltage systems (cabling, security, AV, DAS) using Revit/AutoCAD. Coordinate with clients, sales, estimators, and VDC/drafters; prepare budgets, perform takeoffs with Bluebeam, create diagrams and risers, manage project schedules and billing, provide peer reviews, construction administration, and mentor junior designers.

Manage end-to-end delivery of large security systems integration projects: scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, client/stakeholder communications, commissioning, risk mitigation, and team supervision to ensure quality and profitability.
