Answer inbound guest calls Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, warmly gather basic trip details, transfer callers to booking specialists or schedule same/next-day calls, return after-hours calls each morning, and maintain a monthly missed-call rate below 12%.

Own and build the accounting foundation for a growing multi-entity hospitality brand: general ledger, month- and year-end close, reconciliations, multi-entity consolidation, cash-flow forecasting, compliance, controls, budgeting, reporting, automation, and partnering with leadership, banks, and advisors to enable scalable finance operations.

Serve as a high-trust, cross-functional operator resolving employee issues, vendor disputes, compliance gaps, contracts, and finance edge cases. Own onboarding/offboarding, coordinate outside counsel, document decisions, create policies and SOPs, and protect leadership time. Drive permanent solutions and recover or protect $150K–$300K+ annually through negotiations and system improvements.
