Manages assigned millwork product lines, including vendor selection and negotiations, buy and sell strategies, inventory replenishment, pricing, margins, promotions, rebates, and product performance. Builds vendor and customer relationships, supports sales quoting and presentations, evaluates market and competitor opportunities, maintains product catalogs and SKU data, and assists with warehouse operations and continuous improvement.

Manages electrical engineering capital projects for wood products manufacturing from feasibility through design, procurement, construction, startup, and optimization. Leads project teams, contractors, and consultants; oversees scope, budgets, schedules, safety, and technical execution. Designs and models 480VAC distribution systems, motor controls, MCCs, grounding, arc-flash protection, coordination, and field installations. Requires industrial project management, commissioning, applicable electrical codes, and extensive travel to manufacturing locations.
