Leads engineering activities for satellite ground mission planning systems, including requirements analysis, architecture, interface design, system integration, verification, and formal testing. Develops and executes integration and test plans, procedures, and reports; leads technical reviews; resolves cross-functional issues; supports customer requirements and operational mission threads; and mentors engineering teams in an agile environment.

Develop strategic marketing plans for products through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning. Partner with technical teams on product features, translate customer feedback into requirements, support launches, and create press releases, presentations, videos, podcasts, and sales training materials. The role requires IT management experience, supply-related issue management, cross-functional collaboration, strong documentation, an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, and flexible schedule availability.

Supports mission assurance for satellite operations across space and ground segments. Coordinates risk management, discrepancy resolution, design reviews, corrective actions, training, customer interface, and technical authority oversight. Contributes to nominal on-orbit operations and real-time anomaly resolution while translating complex engineering challenges into requirements and lessons learned. The role is fully onsite and requires occasional off-nominal hours during critical mission operations.
