Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, integrations, automation scripts, and AI-enabled features using JavaScript, Python, and PHP. Connect internal business systems with third-party platforms, support enterprise platform customizations, troubleshoot workflows, and collaborate with technical teams, business users, vendors, and development partners. Participate in testing, documentation, version control, and change management while gaining experience with applied AI integration.

Owns the rollout and enhancement of AI-enabled sales and operations platforms, including Aviso and the Zaigo Control Desk. Documents workflows, writes requirements, manages vendors and developers, oversees integrations, testing, training, adoption metrics, and change management. Facilitates AI use-case intake and Claude enablement, including shared prompts, context, and governed connectors. Partners across sales, revenue operations, marketing, enablement, and Information Systems to deliver automation programs.

Coordinates contract administration, bid and RFP submissions, compliance documentation, audits, reporting, renewals, and deadlines. Maintains accurate contract records, trackers, certifications, and supporting files; reviews documentation for discrepancies; supports policies and procedures; and collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues and meet contractual requirements.
