Teams at BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC

Monitor and track client-specific projects end-to-end, ensure compliance with account guidelines, escalate issues, perform data entry and logging, coordinate invoicing and collections activities, and support internal teams to maintain a positive client experience across shifts.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to regional leaders across multi-state locations. Coach and develop leaders, manage complex employee relations and investigations, ensure federal and California compliance, drive engagement and retention, analyze HR metrics (ADP/reporting), partner on policies and vendors, and support continuous improvement. Role requires travel (~25%).

Lead the accounting function including financial reporting, internal controls, treasury, tax, M&A due diligence and integration, and team development. Prepare GAAP-compliant statements, manage audits and lender reporting, shorten the monthly close, oversee tax filings, and drive risk mitigation and governance across the company while coaching and building a high-performing accounting team.
