Lead technical direction for the ControlCheck team, design cross-domain systems (frontend, backend, infra), drive architectural decisions for Ruby on Rails and FastAPI services, de-couple and scale microservices, debug distributed systems, mentor senior engineers, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and influence engineering roadmaps without direct people management.

Lead a team of BDRs to generate outbound pipeline through coaching, multi-touch campaign design, CRM and data ownership, forecasting, hiring/onboarding, and managing outreach automation and AI-enabled tools while partnering with sales, marketing, product, and customer success.

Lead PrivacyPro implementations for new customers: manage project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, configure software, run training, track project documentation, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
