Partner with Product, Sales, Enablement and cross-functional teams to translate technical product capabilities into clear value stories, build market/customer understanding, and support vertical and portfolio priorities (commerce, visibility, trade, data, developer tools).

Lead and grow a team of Account Executives selling FedEx Digital Solutions into third-party ecosystems. Drive pipeline health, deal design, forecasting, CRM compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue and growth targets while coaching and developing AE performance.

Lead and build FedEx Digital's release communications function: translate technical product changes into clear customer and commercial messaging, create scalable processes and governance for many releases, coordinate cross-functional launch readiness, produce customer-facing content (release notes, emails, KB, FAQs), and own incident communications to minimize surprises and support business outcomes.
