The role also supports issue escalation, maintains product and process knowledge, provides internal customer support, and works toward sales goals while delivering professional customer service.

Designs and governs secure, scalable, highly available cloud architectures across public and hybrid environments. Establishes cloud networking, security, observability, infrastructure automation, disaster recovery, and business continuity standards. Partners with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and business teams on cloud-native designs, migrations, incident response, and root-cause remediation. Evaluates cloud technologies, maintains architecture documentation, guides implementation, and mentors engineers while ensuring infrastructure aligns with business and regulatory requirements.
