Own supply and inventory planning for Blueland’s Amazon-focused Marketplace channel. Translate demand forecasts into production, purchasing, replenishment, and inventory deployment plans; coordinate with contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, warehouses, and cross-functional teams. Monitor inventory, inbound materials, service levels, promotions, and supply risks while balancing working capital. Support launches, promotions, and discontinuations, maintain planning data, manage purchase orders, and improve supply planning processes.

Own omnichannel demand planning across DTC, retail, and marketplace channels. Develop SKU-level forecasts, lead demand consensus, monitor forecast accuracy and bias, maintain planning data, and translate commercial plans into supply, inventory, and financial requirements. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Operations to identify risks, improve forecast quality, and support scenario planning.
