Lead the engineering organization for BlueCat’s Network Observability product line. Own technical strategy, architecture, roadmap, delivery, and operational excellence for data-intensive network monitoring platforms spanning SaaS and on-premise deployments. Build AI-driven observability capabilities, modernize legacy systems, establish engineering standards, and develop distributed teams. Partner with product, executive leadership, customers, sales, and support to achieve business goals and resolve strategic technical issues.

Develops and optimizes global, data-driven demand generation campaigns for Network Observability. Responsibilities include integrated campaign strategy, webinars, email nurtures, events, marketing automation and CRM execution, attribution reporting, regional planning, stakeholder alignment, SDR collaboration, experimentation, and pipeline performance reporting.

Leads pricing, packaging, monetization, and product line performance analytics across on-premises software, SaaS, and appliance offerings. Develops market, competitive, financial, and segmentation analyses; guides subscription and consumption-based pricing transitions; establishes pricing governance and discount frameworks; supports enterprise deal strategy; develops forecasts and business cases; and delivers executive reporting. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and leadership to inform product investment and growth decisions.
