Lead end-to-end design and qualification of ruggedized, space-rated avionics components for Blue Origin’s TeraWave satellite network. Responsibilities include requirements definition, circuit and PCB design, trade studies, signal and power integrity analysis, testing, verification, production support, configuration management, design reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires expertise in radiation-hardened hardware, FPGAs, CMOS sensors, DDR memory, optoelectronic integration, and high-reliability flight hardware.

Leads end-to-end development of space-rated avionics power components, including requirements, schematic and PCB design, power integrity, controller algorithms, testing, qualification, production support, and flight integration. Provides technical leadership, design reviews, documentation approval, configuration management, and mentorship while developing reliable hardware for radiation and harsh space environments.

Leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing, analyzing, developing, testing, and delivering spacecraft zero-gravity propellant management and propulsion components. Owns product scope, technical plans, risks, costs, schedules, requirements, verification, and customer interfaces. Manages employee hiring, development, performance, and team culture while coordinating with operations, supply chain, and vehicle teams. Requires deep aerospace propulsion expertise, project management experience, and technical leadership across the full product lifecycle.
