Lead creation of an in-house ISO/IEC 17025 calibration lab: define scope, develop documentation and procedures, procure standards and equipment, perform calibrations and validations, manage technicians, establish measurement uncertainty and traceability, and drive continuous improvement to support satellite and space component manufacturing.

Own the technical direction and roadmap for a spacecraft product line (e.g., ADCS, power). Translate customer needs into engineering priorities, lead technical reviews and trade studies, support proposals and investment planning, mentor engineers, and represent the product externally at conferences and technical forums.

Lead technical product strategy and multi-year roadmaps for a spacecraft subsystem (ADCS, star trackers, reaction wheels, power, etc.). Represent the product externally, lead high-stakes customer engagements, shape investment and proposals, set product decision standards, and mentor product managers and engineers.
