The Accountant I maintains financial records, reconciles corporate credit card transactions and receipts, processes employee expense reimbursements, posts transactions to the general ledger, administers corporate card accounts, supports travel and expense inquiries, tracks submission compliance, and prepares program finance and FP&A reports. The role is full-time and on-site in Lafayette, Colorado.

Drives strategic growth and new business for the Components product line through customer engagement, opportunity development, pricing strategy, CRM management, market analysis, forecasting, and proposal leadership. The role collaborates with engineering, product, finance, marketing, and leadership teams, supports contract transitions and product roadmaps, and may manage personnel. Approximately 25% travel is expected.

Leads strategic growth and new business development across multiple aerospace product lines. Responsibilities include managing capture plans, strategic partnerships, CRM opportunities, pricing strategies, RFP/RFI responses, proposal teams, market and competitor analysis, long-range forecasting, and contract transitions. The role collaborates with engineering, product, finance, marketing, and leadership teams to expand market share and guide product roadmaps. Approximately 25% travel is expected, with possible personnel management duties.
