Develop and review test procedures, plans, reports, and manual or automated scripts; operate test equipment; troubleshoot hardware; maintain test records; review data; and support compliance. The role also provides technical mentorship, training, prioritization assistance, and occasional personnel management in an on-site aerospace laboratory environment.

Leads complex satellite and space hardware programs across business development, mission formulation, requirements, manufacturing, integration, testing, and on-orbit operations. Manages technical performance, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, trade studies, procurement documents, subcontracts, customer relationships, and cross-functional teams. Supports spacecraft product development, business growth, and compliance while mentoring program personnel and ensuring successful execution of demanding flight programs.

Leads end-to-end space hardware programs for commercial, defense, restricted, and NASA satellite missions. Responsibilities include mission formulation, requirements flow-down, system design, trade studies, procurement and subcontract management, integrated scheduling, budgeting, risk management, milestone reviews, manufacturing, integration and testing, customer engagement, business development, and on-orbit operations. The role mentors cross-functional teams and ensures programs meet technical, cost, schedule, and compliance obligations.

Supports integration, qualification, acceptance, and system testing of spacecraft components and electronics. Develops and maintains test procedures, automated scripts, test equipment, engineering logs, and records. Performs hardware testing and troubleshooting using laboratory measurement equipment, collaborates with internal and remote teams, and may support nonstandard work hours. The role involves direct interaction with flight hardware in an on-site laboratory environment.

Manage and execute category-specific subcontracts from solicitation through award and closeout. Source suppliers, lead RFQ/RFP evaluations, negotiate pricing and terms, monitor contractual performance, manage funding and invoices, develop supplier risk assessments, and support cross-functional teams. Ensure FAR/DFAR compliance and maintain supplier relationships throughout the subcontract lifecycle.

Lead the BCT XACT product line end-to-end: set vision and roadmap, own business case and budgets, drive cross-functional execution (engineering, supply chain, quality, finance), support pricing and proposals, manage contracts and lifecycle transitions, monitor KPIs, evaluate technologies, mentor junior PMs, and ensure compliance and customer alignment for flight-proven ADCS products.

Lead the Reaction Wheel product line across product lifecycle and contracts. Drive roadmap, cross-functional execution, budgeting, KPIs, customer relationships, risk management, and support proposals for small spacecraft actuator systems.
