Lead the technical direction and roadmap for a spacecraft product line (e.g., ADCS, star trackers, reaction wheels, power). Lead the BCT XACT product line end-to-end: set vision and roadmap, own business case and budgets, drive cross-functional execution (engineering, supply chain, quality, finance), support pricing and proposals, manage contracts and lifecycle transitions, monitor KPIs, evaluate technologies, mentor junior PMs, and ensure compliance and customer alignment for flight-proven ADCS products.

Lead integration, development, and execution of test procedures and automated test scripts for spacecraft components and systems. Perform hardware troubleshooting, data review and sign-off, test equipment design, and mentorship. Prepare test plans/reports and support environmental and qualification testing to demonstrate compliance with system requirements.

The Sr. Contracts Administrator manages and negotiates contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations while advising management on contractual risks and issues.

Responsible for managing space hardware missions, leading program teams, executing project phases, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Develop and lead EACs/ETC/LRE, gather transactional financial metrics, support labor reporting and reconciliations, assist forecasting (AOP/LRP), maintain WBS/job cost accumulation, present program financial status, perform ad-hoc analyses, and ensure compliance with FAR/CAS/GAAP.
