Manage customer billing lifecycle including account setup, invoicing, collections, payments, refunds and dispute resolution. Work cross-functionally using billing platforms and Salesforce to research variances, support customers by phone and email, open/update accounts, manage billing cases, and contribute to process-improvement projects and audits.

The DevOps Engineer maintains reliable application infrastructure, participates in on-call incident response, optimizes deployment workflows, performs system upkeep, and configures monitoring and alerting. The role requires expertise in CI/CD, AWS, server administration, scripting, infrastructure as code, automation, and responsible use of AI tools while supporting developer experience across multiple technology stacks.

Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market nonprofit customers, including pipeline development, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing. Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts and pipeline records, achieve sales quotas and targets, self-source at least half of deals, and build trusted relationships within the nonprofit community. Develop deep expertise in Bloomerang’s SaaS products and communicate their value to prospects while addressing technical and business needs.
