Perform nationwide on-site MEP property condition assessments (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, vertical transportation), document deficiencies per ASTM standards, prepare PCA reports, estimate remediation costs, lead single-assessor or team engagements, mentor junior staff, and travel up to 50%.
