Develop accessible front-end interfaces and resilient back-end services, use AI coding agents throughout the software lifecycle, review and harden AI-generated code, collaborate with product and design teams, troubleshoot defects, participate in code reviews and on-call rotation, and propose end-to-end engineering initiatives.

Own Autopilot, Blend’s AI agent product for mortgage and lending operations, as a business and product roadmap. Prioritize capabilities, define evaluation and quality frameworks, establish pricing and packaging, productize customer-specific solutions, and measure business impact. Partner with AI engineering, forward-deployed teams, customers, and go-to-market leaders to drive adoption, ensure compliance and auditability, and translate production learnings into scalable offerings.

Leads revenue accounting, revenue recognition, billing, collections, and quote-to-cash operations for a SaaS company. Oversees ASC 606 compliance, complex contract assessments, SOX controls, audits, revenue close, reporting, transaction data integrity, and process automation. Partners with Sales, Legal, FP&A, Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams while managing and developing a high-performing revenue and billing organization.
