The HR Generalist supports multiple human resources functions, including employee relations, office administration, document and report preparation, HR database or HRMS usage, and employee communication. The role requires strong organization, time management, computer proficiency, and interaction with employees across office and dining facility work areas. Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and Spanish fluency are preferred. Physical duties include lifting up to 30 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and stooping.

Install, maintain, and repair physical security systems; troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and software; preferred certifications in Lenel OnGuard and Milestone.

Perform physical quality control tasks in a dining facility: lift up to 50 lbs, bend/stoop/crouch regularly to verify information and check equipment, assist the dining facility manager, and constantly move about to establish and maintain SOW procedures.
