Lead and execute software architecture for cloud-native, AI-enabled cybersecurity products. Drive scalable, reliable platform designs, own critical initiatives, lead PoCs for AI technologies, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineering teams, and support production reliability and on-call troubleshooting.

The Director of Client Success will lead the Client Success team, focusing on partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion while integrating AI-driven strategies for efficiency and value realization from the platform.
