Own and grow Blackpoint Cyber’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube. Develop and publish written, video, and visual content; manage community engagement, Reddit moderation, employee advocacy, social listening, analytics, and crisis communications. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, events, product, campaigns, people, and creative teams to promote cybersecurity content, partner stories, and industry events. Apply AI tools and social SEO best practices to improve workflow and performance.

Drive partner health, product adoption, onboarding, training, and long-term engagement for cybersecurity clients and partners. Provide technical support, prepare partner reviews, document processes, collaborate with GTM and Product teams, and track customer health and KPIs using ChurnZero. The role requires customer-facing technical expertise, security-industry experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and independent remote work capability.

Analyze anomalous network and endpoint events in a SOC, perform lead-less threat hunting and triage EDR/NGAV alerts, develop incident analysis reports, build test labs, refine SOC processes, review sandbox artifacts and provide actionable threat and vulnerability analysis to customers and internal teams.
