Lead design and execution of an enterprise AI literacy program: set roadmap and metrics, build proficiency frameworks, create scalable learning experiences, embed Responsible AI governance, partner cross-functionally, track adoption, support certification, and represent the program externally.

Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to meet quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets. Recruit, hire, and retain top talent; build and maintain C‑level relationships at nonprofit accounts; support territory planning, closing complex deals, and diagnose pipeline and account performance to allocate resources and drive growth.

Serve as finance business partner to commercial leadership, leading forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, sales capacity and compensation modeling. Deliver commercial analytics, pricing and deal support, build driver-based models and scalable reporting, and lead a team to improve forecasting accuracy and financial decision-making for go-to-market organizations.
