Manage prospect relationships, qualify leads, deliver ROI-focused proposals, maintain pipeline and forecast data, collaborate across departments, monitor relevant markets, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Manages enterprise sales activities within an assigned territory, develops account penetration strategies, builds executive relationships, and exceeds revenue targets. The role sells complex SaaS CRM and ERP solutions through consultative and solution-selling methods, acquires new business, expands existing accounts, coordinates internal resources, supports proposals and demonstrations, and maintains accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.

Supports customer operations systems and processes by gathering requirements, designing workflows, configuring Salesforce and related tools, developing user stories, supporting Agile ceremonies, analyzing customer health data, and identifying operational improvements. Partners with cross-functional and application teams to implement system enhancements, improve customer success processes, monitor adherence, and enable data-driven decisions.
