Run full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and regions: take briefs, source (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals), screen, interview, manage ATS, build pipelines, close roles quickly, and improve hiring processes and employer brand.

Designs and runs company-wide engagement and learning programs, manages calendars and training logistics, coordinates internal and external trainers, runs onboarding culture sessions, tracks participation and effectiveness, and partners with People Ops and leaders to embed culture and continuous improvement.

Act as an embedded HR advisor to business leaders across regions, guiding performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, talent initiatives, and people-data analysis to translate business goals into practical people actions.
