Executive technology leader responsible for strategy, architecture, engineering, cloud operations, cybersecurity, compliance, data infrastructure, researcher services, and internal IT. The role owns a FedRAMP-authorized AWS GovCloud platform, leads progression toward FedRAMP High authorization, manages reliability and secure data operations, builds multidisciplinary teams, oversees budgets and vendors, and advises executive and board stakeholders. The position is remote, U.S.-based, with approximately 20% travel.

Supports DCSA financial management modernization through human capital consulting across workforce development, employee engagement, competency frameworks, workforce assessment, and organizational design. Facilitates meetings and briefings, plans events, develops communications, creates executive presentations, analyzes workforce data, and builds dashboards or visualizations. Coordinates with prime contractors and client leads to deliver high-quality work onsite in a cleared federal environment.

Develop and manage intelligent automation solutions using UiPath, bridging communication between project managers and clients, conducting process analysis, and providing documentation.
