Lead end-to-end scientific congress communications and onsite execution, translate strategy into operational plans, manage booth and digital assets (Veeva Vault), coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and agencies, ensure compliance and sponsorship governance, track ROI and drive continuous improvement for congress engagements.

Design and implement front-end experiences for internal data-driven web applications: conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, build production UI components, write automated UI tests, document designs and implementations, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and improve usability for clinical and operational workflows.

Lead development and execution of commercial learning strategy to improve field effectiveness and launch readiness. Advise commercial leaders, design scalable learning solutions, drive capability roadmaps, coach learning teams, and partner cross-functionally to translate data into performance improvements and ensure compliance.
