Process regular and off-cycle US payroll, calculate payroll inputs, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, audit records, resolve employee and stakeholder requests, maintain documentation, improve payroll systems and processes, and support Canada payroll processing. The role also provides backup support, participates in payroll projects, and collaborates with multiple departments and stakeholders while working Eastern Standard Time hours.

Leads the insourced FSP operating model for country and site clinical trial operations. Manages 20–25 FSP staff, resource forecasting, assignments, budgets, training, onboarding, vendor governance, performance metrics, and quality expectations. Partners with clinical operations, study teams, Medical, Quality, and regional stakeholders to improve trial execution, scalability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. Oversees processes, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across global clinical development activities.

Provides strategic leadership for Clinical Pharmacology across transplant development programs, including dose selection, exposure-response and population PK analyses, regulatory submissions, BLA/NDA support, health authority interactions, labeling, lifecycle management, and filing readiness. The role leads cross-functional strategy, mitigates regulatory risks, mentors colleagues, and represents Clinical Pharmacology in governance and program teams.
