Administer medications safely to assisted living and memory care residents, complete narcotic counts and medication documentation, monitor vital signs and resident changes, assist with activities of daily living, respond to call lights, support meals and appointments, communicate with families and healthcare providers, and maintain resident safety, dignity, and confidentiality.

Manages business office operations for a senior living community, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, deposits, vendor statements, reporting, resident and personnel records, benefits administration, I-9s, background checks, and front-desk coverage. Provides customer service to residents, families, employees, and vendors, supports employee onboarding, maintains office supplies, assists with dining coverage and events, and may perform supervisory or manager-on-duty duties.

Lead development and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness across multiple senior living communities. Oversee regional and community sales leaders, provide training and coaching, manage vendor relationships (website, CRM, digital campaigns), analyze sales metrics, support acquisitions and budgeting, and travel frequently to support community performance.
