Leads healthcare program enrollments from qualified referral through intake, Medicaid approval, enrollment, and post-enrollment handoff. Conducts home and center visits, manages CRM and EHR documentation, educates prospective participants and families, coordinates with referral sources and internal teams, presents cases for enrollment decisions, closes sales, and supports enrollment representatives. The role is accountable for monthly home-visit and participant-enrollment goals while providing subject matter expertise and maintaining accurate, timely enrollment processes.

Supports assisted living occupancy and sales goals by coordinating tours, prospect follow-up, CRM records, move-in paperwork, resident orientation, occupancy reporting, and apartment readiness. Serves as a liaison among prospective residents, families, referral partners, and internal departments. Assists with marketing events, promotional materials, dining room coverage, and meal service. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, Microsoft Office and CRM skills, plus a current driver’s license.

Supports high-volume, full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and candidate screening through interviews, offers, pre-employment checks, onboarding, and orientation. Posts jobs, manages ATS and HRIS records, develops sourcing strategies, coordinates interviews, supports hiring managers, ensures employment-law compliance, prepares recruiting metrics, and participates in job fairs. The role requires strong communication, organization, recruiting knowledge, and proficiency with recruiting systems and Microsoft Office.
