Source candidates through social media and alternative search methods, build pipelines for niche propulsion roles, manage applicants in the tracking system, partner with hiring managers, provide weekly updates, and ensure candidate communications reflect company values.

Leads engineering support for gas turbine engine assembly and production testing. Ensures process compliance, traceability, documentation, configuration control, and regulatory adherence. Drives root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and technical problem solving across manufacturing, quality, and test teams. Develops work instructions and SOPs, supports test readiness and troubleshooting, interfaces with suppliers and inspectors, and mentors engineering and manufacturing personnel.

Lead the design, development, tuning, integration, and testing of gas turbine engine control systems. Develop control laws, software, hardware architectures, requirements, simulations, actuators, and FADEC/EEC systems. Lead engine and component test programs, design reviews, simulator integration, control system validation, and cross-functional coordination with propulsion, mechanical, aero, materials, and manufacturing teams. Document technical data and represent controls engineering with internal and external stakeholders.
