Develop control laws, software, hardware architectures, requirements, simulations, actuators, and FADEC/EEC systems. Lead engine and component test programs, design reviews, simulator integration, control system validation, and cross-functional coordination with propulsion, mechanical, aero, materials, and manufacturing teams. Document technical data and represent controls engineering with internal and external stakeholders.

Design, develop, integrate, and validate gas turbine engine control software, control laws, simulation models, and associated hardware. Perform dynamic modeling, stability analysis, tuning, verification, validation, and test-data analysis. Support EEC and FADEC development, HIL/SIL environments, engine testing, technical reviews, and cross-functional propulsion-system integration. Lead technical activities, resolve system issues, document engineering results, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, develop, integrate, and validate gas turbine engine control software, control logic, simulation models, and associated hardware. Perform control-system analysis, verification, validation, HIL/SIL integration, engine test data analysis, and control-law tuning. Support EEC and FADEC development, engine testing, technical reviews, and cross-functional propulsion programs. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to additive manufacturing integration and aerospace qualification activities.

Leads the design and production deployment of data pipelines, data models, analytical applications, and machine learning solutions for aerospace manufacturing. Partners with IT, engineering, manufacturing, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, traceable, and scalable analytics. Develops models for anomaly detection, forecasting, optimization, scheduling, and engine performance; establishes technical standards, testing frameworks, documentation, and governance; troubleshoots production issues; and mentors junior team members.

Oversee supplier quality for aerospace propulsion systems by developing quality standards, auditing and approving suppliers, monitoring performance, leading root cause and corrective actions, qualifying components and special processes, supporting NPI and first article inspections, and maintaining compliance documentation. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams while providing suppliers with technical guidance and driving continuous improvement.

Lead full-cycle monthly close and GAAP/FAR-compliant accounting across divisions. Maintain GL, reconciliations, policies, and NetSuite ERP. Prepare executive and board reporting, support tax compliance, coach AR/AP analysts, and partner with FP&A, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive process improvements.
