The role requires strong prospecting, communication, coachability, urgency, and comfort with rapid iteration.

The Senior Data Analyst will support Growth and Product teams through paid-channel analysis, user journey optimization, activation and retention insights, and churn reduction. Responsibilities include developing experiments, analyzing ad network performance, improving tracking and instrumentation, ensuring data quality, and enabling self-service analytics. The role requires translating complex data into actionable recommendations and communicating effectively across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Own and scale beehiiv’s agency partner channel by validating the partner ICP, recruiting and closing agencies, developing partner marketing and enablement, onboarding and activating partners, managing top relationships, supporting co-selling, and maintaining affiliate operations. Track partner-sourced revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV while optimizing tiers, incentives, attribution, and payouts. Initially operate as a hands-on team of one with cross-functional support from sales, marketing, engineering, lifecycle, and finance.
