Lead janitorial efforts for resort public areas: clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness/aquatic areas; coordinate and train janitorial staff; monitor supplies; report maintenance and safety issues; respond to guest needs and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk to maintain high service and cleanliness standards.

Manage daily reservations operations for homeowner, transient, and group segments to maximize occupancy and revenue. Lead a team, partner with Revenue Management and Sales, use PMS/CRM and AI-driven tools for forecasting and automation, coach staff on sales/service, monitor KPIs, manage inventory and budget, and ensure compliance with HOA and resort policies.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of public resort areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, pool areas). Perform routine and deep cleaning, vacuuming, window and mirror cleaning, trash disposal, replenishing supplies, and operating cleaning equipment. Follow checklists, safety/sanitation guidelines, use PPE, respond to guest/staff requests, and provide friendly guest service. On-site position in Breckenridge, CO; transitional housing may be available.
