The Controller leads resort accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, revenue accounting, month-end close, audits, reconciliations, statutory compliance, treasury controls, inventory, intercompany accounting, and fixed assets. The role supervises 4–5 employees, strengthens internal controls, manages accounting systems and integrations, supports automation, and provides financial guidance across the hospitality organization.

Lead janitorial operations across resort public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness and aquatic centers. Clean and sanitize facilities, replenish supplies, report maintenance and safety issues, coordinate daily staff assignments, train team members, and respond professionally to guest needs. The role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, English proficiency, and availability for weekends and holidays.

Provides administrative and coordination support to executive leadership, the HOA Board, homeowner services, and sales teams. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, preparing agendas and notes, tracking action items, managing contracts, supporting proposals and CRM lead tracking, coordinating conferences and events, communicating across departments, assisting clients, and administering HOA-related information. The role is on-site, full-time, and year-round in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
