Lead security integration projects from initiation through completion, managing schedules, permits, materials, subcontractors, budgets, change orders, and risk mitigation. Coordinate engineering and installation activities, troubleshoot issues, track project profitability, and oversee multiple concurrent projects across the region to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Manage a portfolio of clients to drive sales growth, develop new business, negotiate multi-year agreements, build industry partnerships, resolve customer issues, and track sales metrics and reporting.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance for security and access control systems (Milestone, LenelS2, DMP). Coordinate service calls, perform system integrations and audits, ensure regulatory compliance, support project and sales teams, and maintain strong customer relationships through documentation and consultation.
