Coordinate food assembly and delivery to ensure timely, properly presented, and correctly tempered plates. Direct servers/runners to send complete orders, keep the line stocked and organized, maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment, follow recipes and safety standards, and anticipate supply needs during rushes.

Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation safety, customer satisfaction and complaints, inventory and purchasing, sales/cash tracking, equipment inspections, menu collaboration, and reporting to regional management.

Coordinate kitchen-to-service flow to ensure timely, properly plated orders; maintain pace, cleanliness, and stock; follow recipes and temperature standards; communicate with servers and runners; support productivity and safe food handling; work flexible shifts.
