Teams at BDO

Assurance Interns support audit engagements through client communications, audit documentation, research, fact-finding, and working-paper preparation. They learn GAAP, GAAS, and BDO’s audit methodology while collaborating with experienced audit professionals. The role includes structured training, an accounting or audit research presentation, and participation in team problem-solving. Candidates must be enrolled in an accounting bachelor’s or master’s program, pursue CPA credits, and demonstrate Microsoft Office proficiency.

Supports management consulting engagements through client meeting assistance, requirements and process documentation, research, proposal drafting, report and presentation preparation, meeting summaries, and development of client deliverables. The intern works with consulting teams serving clients in areas including people strategy, healthcare, operations, transformation, strategy, and human capital management.
