Own renewal and growth for a 5-10 enterprise account portfolio. Serve as primary client contact, deliver business reviews, craft data-driven narratives, identify expansion opportunities, present product roadmaps, run strategy sessions, host events, and generate referrals.

Review, evaluate, and code large volumes of user-generated content in English and Spanish to client-specific guidelines. Complete paid training, meet performance metrics, perform QA, attend coaching, and work a semi-flexible 16–29 hour weekly schedule including weekend hours.

Support senior Account Directors by prospecting strategic accounts, booking meetings, running discovery calls, leading select renewals and turnkey deals, building proposals/quotes, conducting outbound outreach and cold calls, and nurturing relationships to drive pipeline, retention, and quota attainment.
