Teams at Baxter International Inc.

Trains clinicians and supports implementation, integration, adoption, and optimization of Baxter infusion therapy products at healthcare customer sites. Builds relationships with nursing and physician leaders, delivers classroom and go-live training, troubleshoots product and clinical issues, supports change management, and provides customer feedback to cross-functional teams. Requires extensive travel, strong clinical education and presentation skills, infusion therapy knowledge, technology proficiency, and an active RN license or equivalent experience.

Independently manages clinical trials from protocol development and site selection through database lock and final study report. Coordinates clinical documentation, sites, investigators, vendors, IRBs, budgets, timelines, compliance, enrollment, adverse-event tracking, and regulatory requirements. Partners with cross-functional teams including Legal, R&D, Data Management, Medical Writing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Marketing, while reporting study progress and escalating risks to senior management.

Leads global clinical research strategy and evidence-generation programs across Baxter’s infusion therapies and technologies portfolio. Provides scientific leadership in study methodology, protocol and statistical plan oversight, evidence interpretation, research governance, and clinical operations. Partners with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, HEOR, Commercial, Quality, and Clinical Operations to generate rigorous clinical, economic, safety, workflow, usability, implementation, and real-world evidence supporting product development, regulatory submissions, post-market research, adoption, and value-based healthcare.
