Edit and assemble final video cuts preserving script message; adjust pacing, audio, and visuals; add graphics/captions; verify basic accessibility; export for YouTube; create thumbnails; upload deliverables; maintain organized files and version control; coordinate with other departments.

Serve as the liaison between executives and staff to translate executive goals into operational plans. Coordinate production schedules, enforce deadlines, allocate resources, supervise department managers, monitor project progress, and resolve workflow or personnel issues. Manage budgets with the CFO, evaluate partnerships, ensure alignment with organizational values, and develop operational protocols.
