Design and implement enterprise geospatial architectures, GIS applications, and mapping services; integrate geospatial data into cloud platforms and dashboards; develop spatial analysis, remote sensing, and geospatial AI/ML capabilities; ensure system interoperability, produce architecture recommendations, and document standards for operational intelligence support.

Design, develop, and maintain secure cloud-native web applications and APIs (REST/GraphQL) using React/Angular. Integrate with AWS/Azure and serverless services, support CI/CD pipelines, implement FedRAMP/DoD security controls, collaborate with engineers and cybersecurity teams, and participate in Agile development and documentation.

Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. Ensure secure authentication/authorization, identity governance, and DoD compliance. Integrate Entra ID, Okta, Ping, and AWS IAM, implement zero-trust, RBAC, and MFA, and coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams. Requires Secret clearance.
