Provide operational supervision and technical leadership for a clinical laboratory section: organize and direct workflow, oversee staff, improve processes, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective diagnostic testing.

Perform high-level MLT/MLS duties, oversee shift operations, ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, JCAHO, OSHA), manage QC/QA, assist with personnel training and competency, participate in quality improvement and special projects, and act as on-site resource in absence of supervisor.
