Owns end-to-end HR operations for US and Canadian employees and contractors, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee records, compliance, employee relations, performance management, compensation reviews, manager training, and HR systems. The role administers Rippling, Lattice, and Ashby, supports SOC 2 compliance, coaches managers through performance issues and PIPs, maintains policies, and coordinates benefits and training vendors.

Leads the technical direction, architecture, development, and delivery of online account opening and loan application products. Builds backend and frontend features, integrates core banking and financial APIs, ensures KYC/AML compliance and production reliability, and oversees testing, observability, incident response, and CI/CD quality. Mentors and hires engineers while collaborating with Product, QA, Implementation, and Client Success teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions and successful client go-lives.

Own the end-to-end roadmap for a 0-to-1 kids and family financial empowerment product, from discovery through launch and growth. Conduct market research, define user stories and journeys, collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and credit union partners, prioritize the backlog, analyze product metrics, and ensure compliance with regulations affecting financial products for minors.
