Own a portfolio of banking and credit union clients, driving product adoption, renewals, retention, expansion, and executive engagement. Lead business reviews, success planning, escalations, and onsite client meetings while coordinating with Implementation, Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Identify account risks and growth opportunities, communicate client feedback internally, and ensure customers achieve ongoing value from the digital banking platform.

Owns accounting operations for a multi-entity fintech, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end close, sales tax compliance, revenue recognition, audit coordination, financial reporting, and process documentation. The role manages US and Canadian entities, supports cross-border accounting and tax activities, maintains recurring schedules, prepares board KPI packages, and partners with business teams to ensure accurate billing and collections.

Own the vendor integration product area, including payments, cards, identity, data, documents, and SSO. Lead vendor evaluations, technical diligence, requirements, roadmaps, certifications, pilots, UAT, releases, and client rollouts. Write PRDs and implementation documentation, coordinate engineering and QA, manage the Jira backlog, prototype workflows, and build AI-powered PM tooling. Requires strong B2B platform product management experience, fintech or integrations expertise, technical fluency in C# and TypeScript, and practical knowledge of APIs, authentication, PCI scope, and banking integrations.
