Structure and negotiate complex deals, secure credit approvals, lead pricing coordination, cross-sell products, manage risk and compliance, and provide strategic advisory while representing the bank externally and reporting to senior leadership.

Serves as the primary contact for mass-affluent banking clients, identifying financial needs and providing banking, investment, insurance, lending, and advisory solutions. Builds and expands client relationships, acquires new assets, meets sales targets, supports onboarding, and develops community and referral partnerships. The role also manages portfolio performance, ensures regulatory compliance, reviews credit applications, coaches branch personnel, and escalates complex client issues.
