Lead AI product strategy and roadmap for Bridge solutions, owning agentic conversational experiences across outreach, intake, messaging, scheduling, and escalation. Partner with engineering, data science, clinical, sales, and client teams; manage and coach a Product Manager and Product Owner; define metrics, prioritize roadmap, and drive measurable AI agent performance improvements and scalable client deployments.

Lead commercial analytics to measure ROI, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights. Build dashboards, perform SQL-based analyses, improve data quality, support forecasting, and implement automation/AI to streamline workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Strategy to influence revenue and retention decisions.

The Staff Software Engineer will develop customer-facing web applications, lead technical design, improve system performance, and mentor other engineers while exploring new technologies. The role focuses on enhancing healthcare outcomes through innovation.
