Leads market, competitive, customer, and financial analyses to evaluate strategic investments, growth opportunities, product roadmap priorities, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives. Builds TAM/SAM/SOM analyses, business cases, bookings forecasts, and profitability projections, then presents executive-ready recommendations. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, External Affairs, and Engineering to align stakeholders and shape Bamboo Health’s multi-year strategy.

Generates sales pipeline for post-acute and physician practice markets through account research, customized outreach, prospect qualification, relationship management, and support across the sales cycle. Collaborates with Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, and sales teams on segment strategy, messaging, account planning, and AI-enabled outreach automation. Uses Salesforce and other sales tools to manage prospects, improve productivity, and book qualified meetings in a remote-first environment.

Owns reporting product development for the Controlled Substances Reporting team. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing and grooming the backlog, planning sprints, managing dependencies, communicating releases, maintaining documentation, monitoring product metrics, and coordinating cross-functional delivery. The role also supports roadmap planning, customer launches, data-driven improvements, and AI-assisted workflow automation.
