Eight-week paid summer internship for rising college seniors interested in insurance and risk management. Interns gain exposure to financial lines, professional and cyber insurance, risk analysis, data analysis, client projects, networking, and sales presentations. Placement depends on interests, with opportunities to develop business acumen and insurance industry knowledge.

Handles complex first-party property insurance claims by analyzing coverage, investigating liability, setting reserves, evaluating settlements, coordinating experts and counsel, identifying fraud and subrogation opportunities, monitoring vendors and TPAs, maintaining claim files, and communicating with policyholders, agents, carriers, and other stakeholders. The role also requires claims audits, litigation support, customer service, and maintaining a state adjuster’s license.

Manages relationships with home builders, lenders, title companies, and mortgage-affiliated clients across an assigned territory. Serves as the primary account contact, provides client training, promotes insurance services, resolves issues, maintains accurate records, distributes marketing materials, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role requires knowledge of property and casualty insurance, strong communication and presentation skills, client visits, and frequent travel exceeding 50% of working time.
