The Manager IV - Capture Management leads capture efforts for mission systems, ensuring technical expertise in RF technologies while managing proposal strategies and customer relationships.

Lead systems engineering for satellite ground systems: design, requirements decomposition and tracing, architecture and ICD development, integration and testing, verification/validation, trade studies, and program reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR). Provide technical leadership, manage requirements and test artifacts, interface with customers and teams, and support operations, security, and launch/operations readiness.

Lead design, analysis, integration, test, and on-orbit support of guidance, navigation, and control systems for space programs. Define and refine GN&C requirements, produce engineering analyses and documentation, support proposals and concept trades, develop and test hardware/software, present technical results, and collaborate across teams from concept through flight.
