Lead a team to design, build, and operate Axos Bank Core Services (.NET backends and OutSystems where applicable). Own delivery, production stability, incident response, architecture modernization, release governance, and stakeholder communication while driving hiring and talent development.

Provide client support and training for Treasury Management services, handle inquiries via phone/email, troubleshoot product issues, assist with onboarding and account maintenance, ensure compliance with policies and internal controls, and support team projects and reporting under senior staff direction.

Manage daily ERP work intake, tracking, reporting, and governance across Oracle systems. Convert tickets to work items, maintain sprint boards, support change management and quarterly releases, produce operational dashboards and stakeholder reports, maintain SOPs and knowledge bases, coordinate administrative and access tasks, and support ERP project tracking and audit-controlled processes.
