The AI Enablement & Governance Lead will establish and oversee AI governance, manage AI risk, and ensure compliance across the organization while collaborating with various departments to operationalize AI initiatives.

Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform and nCino for Consumer and Commercial Banking. Build declarative customizations (Flows, validation rules, page layouts), create reports and dashboards, support users, run trainings, and partner with business and IT during Agile project lifecycles to deliver integrations, upgrades, and process improvements while ensuring data quality, security, and adoption.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals. Advise on workforce planning, talent management, succession, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Use HR metrics, coach managers, resolve employee issues, and drive change to improve retention and effectiveness.
