Administer and govern 13 enterprise platforms supporting workflow automation, document intelligence, APIs, data visualization, and collaboration. Responsibilities include SDLC change management, UAT and releases, documentation, platform health reviews, citizen developer support, incident triage, workflow monitoring, API and credential governance, requirements analysis, and user training. The role requires SharePoint administration, API troubleshooting, SQL, identity concepts, and experience in Agile environments.

Supports clients through daily operational workloads, including reviewing documentation, processing requests, analyzing information for quality, coordinating across systems and departments, and resolving tasks. The analyst may support functions such as account services, cash management, corporate actions, settlements, tax, trading, and transfers. The role also identifies process-improvement opportunities and requires accurate, timely execution in a financial-services environment.

Supports enablement and change initiatives within a securities strategy team. Manages change-plan intake, tiering, stakeholder alignment, content production, recurring publications, RIA communications, process documentation, and governance tracking. Develops communications, FAQs, guides, talking points, and video demos; coordinates reviews, approvals, deadlines, and publication schedules across marketing, product, technology, service, and relationship-management teams.
