Advises organizational leaders, manages investigations and employment programs, oversees recruitment and onboarding, administers benefits and leave programs, analyzes workforce data, and drives HR process improvements and organizational effectiveness.

Leads the full accounting function for a nonprofit integrated healthcare organization, including general ledger operations, close and financial reporting, budgeting, healthcare reimbursement, grants and contracts, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, finance systems, and staff leadership. Partners with clinical, revenue cycle, development, HR, and executive teams to maintain financial integrity, improve processes, and support organizational decision-making.
