Set up and maintain safe work zones, manage traffic flow using stop/slow paddles, collaborate with team members, and protect clients. Requires long periods standing, lifting up to 50-60 lbs, passing pre-employment screenings, and reliable transportation. Paid on-the-job training and certification provided; benefits available for eligible employees.

Supervise flaggers and perform traffic control duties to maintain safe work zones. Install and adjust traffic control devices, follow regulations, document work, and work outdoors in various weather while lifting and carrying equipment.
